Personal Experience Interview (PEI) coaching with Florian: Done-with-you service (for students)

This is a done-with-you service where Florian will help you draft distinctive stories by offering interview simulation sessions with feedback. 

The pay-as-you-go package only consists of a 1-hour-long 1-on-1 session where you will first simulate a personal fit interview with Florian and then receive feedback on how to improve.

Any package beyond the pay-as-you-go option includes written feedback loops. You first draft each of your PEI stories on your own, then you send them to us via email, and then Florian will review them and provide written feedback before you do a 1-on-1 session with him to simulate the interview and refine the story further, if needed. 

For most students, the 2-4 session bundles are enough to prepare fully for McKinsey PEI and Bain, BCG, and Deloitte personal fit interviews.
